My Story
I’m Miranda—a California native turned New Yorker with a degree in business from Fordham University.
My journey took me from the fast-paced world of tech startups to discovering my true passion: movement. I found solace in fitness, trying different workout styles, but it was Pilates that truly transformed my body and well-being. Inspired by my own results, I pursued professional training at The Kane School Pilates in NYC.


A move to Arizona brought warmer weather, a fresh start, and the joy of motherhood with my three beautiful daughters. But it also came with challenges—gaining 60 lbs during my first pregnancy, then struggling with autoimmune disorders postpartum. These experiences became my catalyst for change. Through holistic wellness, I rebuilt my strength, balanced my body, and reclaimed my health.
Now, I’m on a mission to empower women like you to embrace a strong, energized, and confident life—not through extreme diets or workouts, but through simple, sustainable habits that actually work. In addition to my Pilates training, I’m also a certified pre and postnatal fitness coach through Mom Into Fitness, a certification I earned in 2021. I’m here to help you feel your best, no matter what stage of life you’re in.
